Skip this place! Very dirty and not well kept up. Plus the pool was unavailable our whole stay due to algae - which basically means they have not been maintaining it! Halls are dirty and several rooms had broken out locks (whatever that means?!). Room itself dirty and barely cleaned. Gross! If we hadn't arrived so late we would have moved to somewhere else. The only reason not a 1 star was the staff was very nice. The dining room staff was very kind and helpful with our kids and even front desk staff late at night was trying her best. I don't think its the staff, I think its the owner who doesn't seem to care to keep up the hotel!

Run down not any better than a motel 6. Ran out of breakfast at 0900 due to staff smoking. Very unprofessional. Will not stay there again.

As I walked in to check in the front desk clerk and a lady were fighting over the pool. He had evidently cursed at her and she was not having it. He apologized, but this was my first impression. I booked a double king room, got a room with 1. There was a BIG DOG in the room beside us that barked the ENTIRE time we were there to the point I started yelling in the hallway and had to call the front desk. Never stopped. They said they must have left the dog in the room, don’t allow them to stay then. Nobody wants to deal with that. I didn’t. It started barking at 4 am and continued until check out. Parking lot is creepy on the back side. We parked out front.

Dirty.

The rooms were really dirty. They put us in one that had old mushrooms and food on the floor. Really stained bed coverings. No bags in trash cans. Several carpet beetles on one of the beds. The toilet wasnt wiped clean at all. The lady at the desk was really friendly and tried to help us by moving us to a room cleaned by a different housekeeper. It was better, but not great. There was dog hair stuck all over fridge and people hair all over bathroom floor. Also some purple and green stuff stuck to the bathroom shelf. Maybe soap? Also, stuff happens, but the pool was also closed for an issue. I wish they would somehow let people know when things like that happen. They also refused to get us a refund so we could stay somewhere else. We stayed at 4 hotels over our trip. This was the most expensive- and the only bad experience we had. Which is too bad because the hotel is quite nice looking otherwise.

Our room was very dirty/gross. This was the worse hotel we've ever stayed in that was this dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. The bedding was stained, there was a musty odor and gross around the windows. We asked for an extra blanket and there weren't any left.

Staff was very rude, especially a man on the night shift who yelled at my child for sitting in the lobby bc there were several drunks in there and she was only 9! The hotel had Marijuana lingering all over in the halls, people running wild, im fuessing the nearby casino and the in house bar is too blame, the staff did not care and just shrugged when i complained about people yelling and fighting in the halls all hours of the night. Kids could not enjoy the pool from all of the dru k adults. No hot water and our toilet was broken. Noone ever came to fix it and we had to flush it manually the entire time.

No smoking signs posted everywhere. Check in walk back to my room. The smell of marijana was extremely strong. I went and spoke to staff they were nice but not sure what if anything they did. I was walking down the hallway and a storage room door opened and a pit bull came flying out.. face to face with my 2 year old grand daughter- pit bull was on a leash however the employee was not able to control her dog and had allowed it out of the storage room in front of her with approximately 8 ft leash. I am a dog lover but a dangerous dog should not be handled in that fashion. Found a clean but an adult diaper in the bathroom of my room.Hairdryer was missing.Lights in the bathroom flickered and buzzed. The fan in the bathroom rattled and buzzed. Breakfast was great but I was very disappointed in the quality of this establishment. I travel to this area a couple times a year and I will not be going back to this location. Very disappointed especially since the brand in the past had always exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was in an old action movie in a low rent hotel with the neon sign flashing. Hopefully this establishment will get renovated and maybe some staffing changes
