The hotel entire view is so beautiful and relaxing, our room have an amazing ocean view. At the restaurant the view is wonderful and the service was amazing and especially Luis or Tata, who received us like a deer loving family every time he have seen us. At the Spa Johanna was warm and lovely make feel us at home with all her attention and loving welcome to the spa. We are so happy to choose this hotel for our stay in Viña Del Mar Chile.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try to avoid Marriott properties, but this stay was lovely.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, with pleasant and well-maintained facilities. However, the service from the staff left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived with several suitcases, no one offered to help me, and the attitude at the front desk was quite cold. Throughout my stay, I felt a distant and unwelcoming treatment, which was very disappointing. I hadn’t been back to my country in many years, and it was really sad to return and feel so poorly received. I believe customer service should be a priority, especially in a hotel of this category.

1.It was difficult getting to hotel as on Sunday streets were closed. 2. No bathing ammenities (body gel, shampoo or conditioner) for tub bather. 3. Concierge gouging for taxi ride to cruise port one mile away at $40.
