I recently had a delightful stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel truly welcome. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the modern amenities provided. The hotel's central location was a major plus, with easy access to shopping centres and local attractions. Overall, my experience at the Grand Millennium was exceptional. Always nice comfy stay.

This is our more than 4th time stay. Best location. good big rooms. Lounge on club floor is exclusive and nice. Staff is polite, accommodating, helping. However, hotel and even outside is always crowdy, sometimes difficult to walk during late evening, too many people.

Upgrade room

Upgraded room to Classic 1 King, with complimentry of breakfast, laundry amd few other thing. But when i when for breakfast the next morning, the system is is not updated on my upgrade as they say my room did not come with breakfast. I had to go back to reception and ask them cause they can't get in touch with the reception. They only allow me it when i told him the reception confirmed my room with breakfast..

One of The Hotel manager when repeatedly told that something was missing from our room, and repeatedly ask if they have investigated, told us to just sue the hotel. He seem irritated by our constant follow ups on the incident.

Another great stay at the hotel , it is all about location and the walking distance to all major shopping malls. Huge shout out to Farisha and club room staff for making me feel welcome.
