Not a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3.5. The room had a dirty sink, no shower gel in the shower , a lamp that didn’t work and a flickering light like in a bad horror movie. Plus a terrible sound coming from the elevator every few minutes . Be careful of the breakfast if it’s not included they charge 90rm for something that is mediocre at best. If not included they don’t say anything until the moment you have food then present the bill. Very scammy. I decide to try for one night before I move over to the Pavilion hotel. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just stay at the Pavillion. Thee is no comparison.

Don’t ruin ur trip … 4 rooms all the sane issue

Travelled here with friends and family and this has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Usually I don’t leave reviews good or bad but I just had to on this occasion. This hotel is run down , old , dirty and wouldn’t even class this as 5 star!. We got moved 3 times each time our room had bugs , blood stains on bed sheets The customer service is a joke and don’t be fooled into getting g an upgrade cause ur only paying for a fresh coat of paint nothing else .. Only thing good about its hotel is location but other then this I would rather sleep on the street

The staff at the hotel were always so polite and helpful. Our phones were not working and a person came up within minutes to see to it. Unfortunately it is maintenance that lets it down a little eg water in shower not draining, toilet flush somewhat temperamental, electric socket board in bedsifg=de table on right of bed not working.

I stayed at the Grand Millennium Hotel while attending a workshop held at the property. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s shopping district, surrounded by major malls and attractions. Having the workshop in the same hotel was incredibly convenient, saving me a lot of time and effort during my visit. The staff were welcoming, and the service was good. My room was comfortable, and the hotel offered all the standard amenities you would expect. However, I couldn’t help but feel that the property is showing its age. The decor and facilities could definitely use a renovation to bring them up to modern standards. Updating the interiors would greatly enhance the overall experience. In summary, this hotel is ideal for those prioritizing location and convenience, especially if you’re attending an event there. But if you’re looking for something more modern and luxurious, it might not fully meet expectations. Rating: 4/5

Ran out of tissue paper. Housekeeping did not provide bottles of mineral water on the next day. Did not put the ironing board away for us. Room looks dated. Hot water was not running well.
