Fantastic

Great location and price. Unfortunately the bed sheets were not clean and has what looked like blood on the sheets and quilt. The staff at the front desk were fantastic. Once I reported the dirty sheets, they were up straight away and remade the bed. The seating wa also heavily stained and looked very unsightly. I wrote an email and sent pictures to the hotel email address and it's now been 4 days later and I haven't heard anything back from them.

Great room - clean tidy and all amenities needed Checkin was quick and easy The position was perfect and central to everything xx We will be regulars ❤️❤️

Needs a deep clean, especially the couch, old soap behind the washing machine...not only 1 but 2. Screen in the bathroom could do with a clean. Always love going, but cleaning could be better.

Everyone and everything excellent

Water park was fun for the kids. Pool area was relaxing. Buffet breakfast and dinners were also a highlight.
