Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and went out of their way to make my partner’s birthday special. The location was great, and the room was clean and quiet. That said, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, as I don’t feel it truly meets four-star standards. The hotel markets itself as “eco-friendly,” which means no daily room cleaning, no room service, no amenities like slippers and tea/coffee available only for certain room categories. However, the lobby is FILLED with small trinkets for sale that don’t align with an eco-conscious philosophy—after all, anything that promotes unnecessary consumption isn’t really eco-friendly. Next time, I’d prefer to stay somewhere that offers the comforts and services typically expected from a four-star hotel.

I’m so happy I chose this as my base for a few winter days in Copenhagen before the holidays. Just across the water from Nyhavn and a short walk from the trains, this place was amazing. Breakfast was spectacular with the ability to make my own pot of tea. The bed was comfortable, the smart TV is appreciated. The free mini bar was unexpected! If the weather was warmer, I would’ve used the bike provided. I only like gripe was that I’d contacted them for early check in a few days before, they did not respond. When I arrived to the hotel, they held my luggage, but it made it for a very long first day arriving on an overnight flight.

Amazing bed!

Beautiful, clean room, seriously comfy bed with great duvet, pillows & linen. Nice views, quiet, good internet, lovely common spaces. Nice breakfast in restaurant. Helpful staff and a really warm welcome. Would definitely stay again :)

Relaxing stay in Copenhagen

Perfect hotel near Nyhavn in the city center to relax, shop and eat. Stayed here for 6 days and the amenities and restaurant were great. The area around was perfect for walking along the canals.
