The bathroom shower head was broken and the drain was clogged and I had to let staff know several times to fix it. The breakfast is subpar. I would recommend just going out to eat breakfast. Also the housekeeping that comes in to clean is very rude and doesn’t care if you’re sleeping or changing clothes
We stayed for 3 nights in family room. The TV was out-of-order when we went in. The reception guy's attitude was poor and said "what is the problem without the TV?" "it's Sunday and the mechanic can come in on Monday only" "There are lots of customers that need my help, I can do nothing for you other than writing a request for fixing!" kind of humiliating me in front of other customers!
It was very basic and clean. It was a 10 minute walk to the subway which we used often. We didn't like paying for parking. They charged a lot and it wasn't even secure. The entrance to the building was not nice and the reception area often had people laying on chairs and couches and was very noisy.
Location is next to a construction site when we stay.
Nearby have some nice restaurants or you can walk 15-20mins to reach the nearest shop.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast is standard but the coffee machine and pancake machine are broken when our stay.
Room was borderline acceptable for a hostel. I would not return to this property. Mattress was black so you couldn’t see if it was dirty. Duvet and pillow dirty, sheets had holes in them. Towels were clean.
Good distance from metro. I did not use any other facilities.
Got a much smaller room than was displayed in the photos at the time of booking... This was misleading... Staff was super helpful though, especially Michael at the front desk.
