These buildings are surrounded by the beautiful park that offers its residents a unique combination of green surroundings and city living. This area was previously part of the Royal Copenhagen factory area. Close to the Metro, cafés & restaurants.
The apartment is ca 100 m2 and consists of:
Hall, large combined dining room / kitchen / living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and exit to balcony (not big enough for 5 persons), bedroom with double bed, child's room with single bed, teenager's room with single bed, combined toilet / bathroom with shower

WiFi, dishwasher, tumble dryer, streaming capable SmartTV, free parking
The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator
