Oh my god the things this hotel and their staff done to make my mums trip the best she’s ever had, and we’ve done vegas lol! She said it was her best and favourite holiday and the best hotel she’s ever stayed in. They went so so so far above and beyond. Their location was amazing, they said they couldn’t compliment the staff enough. The breakfasts were gorgeous and I cannot thank them enough for what they done. She’s come back with a smile. Thank you so so much everyone!

The Grand Joanne is a hidden gem in CPH. The Junior Suite was so spacious and well-interiored. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, and overall just a wonderful, cozy spot.

I reported to the duty staff Food standard, full evening meal , no reasonable choice, incorrect description on menu so wrong product supplied.incredebly expensive. Trickle of water from bathroom basin tap. Toname a few. The refurbished hotel is excellent, the dedroom is overcrowded with IKEA type contraptions where space is limited. Unnecessary couch withe a table attached sticking out into the limited space. Will never book again, nor give hotel a good review. Ambience good Staff too young and inexperience in bar and restaurant for a city centre hotel Have visited Copenhagen annually with my Danish wife and never had such a poor hotel in my worldwide travel

This hotel was the perfect location, room comfortable; duvet cover in bed. The staff amazing and helpful especially Nicolas at front desk/ restaurant lounge is top notch and unique ambiance and cocktails. Elevator added bonus for luggage. Odd the room service comes in and cleans even if you have privacy door hanger and no safe…loved my stay. Happy I chose Joanne’s!

It was a stylishly presented hotel, but lacked some substance. Room could have been better sound insulated, the shower head (waterfall type) felt ‘thin’ as not enough of the rubber nozzles in the shower head were working. Didn’t feel like good value for money.

t was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and beautifully styled. I loved that there was a bar where you could get a drink any time, and in the morning we could get barista-made coffee that was really tasty. The breakfast was very good, and we also dined in for dinner, which was incredible. The staff were really polite and lovely, which made our stay even better. We will be back!

Conveniently located, with a five min walk to the metro, and Tivoli. Lots of restaurants nearby. Check in was super easy, the concierge was very helpful in helping me change my reservation due to a delayed flight. The property and common areas were clean and had a great aesthetic. They offer water and beverages in the lobby. The room was clean, cozy, with a chic, minimal design. The only downside is that it was a little noisy with noise coming from the room above.
