Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the toiletries provided were nice. The staff were very cheerful,polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is in a great spot for everything we wanted to do during our stay. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My single room was fine for my 2 night needs although found that the matterss kept sliding off the base. Symtaff were very accomdating whether that was givinfmg you directions or tips, service in the hotel or just generly chatting to you. Made for an easy-going vibe. Did not have breakfast but later in the evening I was able to partake in rhe free fuit and sweets. Hotel was ideally situated and for bag storage before and after check-in check-out facilities a godsend.

Nice hotel in a great location near the tourist hotspots and only an 8 min walk from the metro. A great location nearby to the river which was beautiful with the sunset. Staff really accommodating and friendly to all requests! Stayed only for one night and but would recommend. Thanks

Pros and cons to staying here. Pros: - Staff were helpful and friendly - Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Including Netto and 7/11 - Nice coffee - They have an iron and ironing downstairs that they bring up to your room if needed - Dont worry about the language if travelling from England. All the staff spoke perfect English - They have a room where you can store your luggage Cons: - No TV in the room - Only one choice of a breakfast plate and the eating area is very small and gets crowded - Can only get your room cleaned if you pay for it but they will provide you with extra towels/toilet roll at reception - Beds were comfy, pillows not so great - Not very disabled friendly. Only one person can use the lift at a time which is not ideal.
