Excellent choice for our 4 day break in Copenhagen. Right next to the Train Station, room overlooked Tivoli Gardens which I loved watching, day and night. Could not have chosen a better location. Lovely large, well equipped room that was comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lovely selection and was refreshed often by the staff.

Clean room, literally right across from the train station. TV wasn’t working as I only mentioned it to staff when I was checking out as I was not there to watch TV but explore the city. Breakfast is open from 7-10:30 am and has loads of options. I would stay here again for sure if I come back to Copenhagen. Friendly staff, don’t arrive too early before check in as it seemed frowned upon even though the room was ready.

Incredible location, right next to the train station and Tivoli. Very comfortable bed (I wish I could get one for my house). Great breakfast at a reasonable price. They couldnt get our air conditioning to work though so it was a tad warmer than I prefer but we were able to open the window. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient & friendly staff

Staff was very friendly. Bridge at Reception was very accommodating when we told him our room was cold. He gave us a floor heater that worked really well. The hotel is an older bldg & the heat takes awhile to reach the top floors. Besides the lack of heat, the room was very comfortable, the bed was perfect & the amenities were fine. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Great location to train stn.

Location is great. Right next to central station, bike rentals available, and easily walkable. It is loud because of the trains next door, but they provide earplugs. Breakfast in the morning was good. Didn’t have dinner here but we did go to the Library Bar one night for a drink which was nice

Excellent location Room is clean but old Lighting is enough to make the room bright Staff is friendly Attic room facing railway so a bit noisy, also has to be careful not to bump at the poles. Beds and pillows are too soft Toilet water pressure could be strengthened Shower curtain could be used instead for lessening the water splashing out from shower.
