Conveniently located but area immediately surrounding the hotel has limited options for food, drink etc. No staff available at check in; staff ignored us entirely in the bar. Room was hot (and attempts to lower temperature with thermostat were unsuccessful) so we had to sleep with the window open, which was very noisy. Shower pressure poor. Broken TV remote. No milk provided; had to ask for additional tea bags. Small wardrobe was adequate but no drawers.

I believe that the hotel should have a better way to control the room temperature as it was 22 degrees and impossible to lower it down. Also the hotel should improve the shower in room 2422.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful however the one downside was that none of the rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately we had two bad nights sleep as the room was far too hot (even in April) and there was no way of cooling it down. If the room had been air-conditioned our stay would have been perfect.
