We were very disappointed that the hotel was so basic. The room did not offer even tea or coffee in the room and had no fridge for us to store water and juice. The iron was so bad that we could not get our clothes to look respectable. At breakfast most of the tables were dirty.

No shuttle bus and alarm chaos.

The service was excellent thevonly thing I was disappointed about was the shuttle bys from the airport. It never came and I tried to callbthe hotel, the phone didn't even ring. The alarm went off about 4 in the morning, we had to evacuate the building. I badly needed my sleep because my flightvwas in the afternoon. Hopefully they can fix whatever went wrong in the future. I enjoyed the view.

The hotel's location was ideal for our early morning flight from CPH the next day. The harbor view from our room was very nice. We didn't like that the pillows on the bed were 1/3 the size of a normal pillow. We were disappoited that only instant coffee was available in our room. The natural lighting from the window was very nice, while the sun was up. But, once the sun went down, the lighting in the room was challenging for older eyes. Overall, our stay felt subpar and minimalist for the price we paid.

Nice, modern hotel let down by small details

Not the hotel's fault but finding the shuttle at Copenhagen airport was impossible so I ended up walking to the hotel. When I arrived the team on the front desk opted to finish up what they were doing without acknowledging me, which I felt was poor service. The room was small and mine had no tea or coffee making facilities. The breakfast was extremely good though with a varied selection of options

This was my “first time” visiting Copenhagen, Denmark. After carefully narrowing down my choices of places to stay within Denmark, I’m totally thankful that i ended up choosing this place to stay in, during my visit. The food was excellent, service was great, the room was awesome, location of the hotel was priceless, and the view from my room, which was #625; was breathtaking. The only thing that I would challenge is on my very last day during checkout; I had a very minor-verbal altercation with the “front desk clerk”; regarding how to get back to the airport. Other than that, everything went awesome; no complaints on my end.

Perfect for our one night transit in CPH. Shuttle bus from and to the airport, great breakfast (get it and you won't disappointed) and late check out (noon). It cost USD 50 to Nyhavn by taxi but it was worthy!

Just perfect for a night before your flight. Modern and ckean rooms. Varied food selection in your included breakfast. The only thing I did not like is like even if you forgot your toothbrush there is no free items. You must purchase everything. Coffee and chocilate in the lobby? 5 dolkars. Come on, I don't think it would be that exoensive. Some hotels give toiletries free and coffe and chocolate for free. Other shuttle service is free. It just takes 5 minutes to the airport.and c

Very nice room asked and received a room for handicapped. Had grab bars, raided toilet. The various room lighting switches are very bizarre and not customer friendly. Had to ask for instructions from front desk and told press left side of flat switch to turn on and press right side to turn off. It took multiple pressses and stil didn’t work or would turn one on or off. Not logical or realiably easy. Not turn key at all. Whoever design this system as well as the hotel buying and choosing it , failed. This “high tech “ reinvention is a failure. Otherwise, a very good room.

Beautiful property, nice views of the ocean. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was amazing and the service and views were even better. Breakfast was a nice touch at the end and the airport shuttle was prompt and extremely helpful in getting back.
