We had a lovely stay at WIDE hotel. The room was clean and had everything you need. Excellent location, staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the gym facilities. Would stay here again.

We stayed on the side of the hotel next to an outdoor music venue - so thumping bass until 2 am on Sunday night / Monday morning. Our relatives faced the other side and had no idea - so I’m not even sure why they allow guests into the rooms on the venue side on concert nights??

The price for this hotel during the dates I was in town was comparable to hostel prices, and I am so glad I chose this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, and the whole hotel was luxurious. Excellent location and great staff!

We chose to upgrade to a private balcony room before our stay and had a very nice room. You entered from the outside. It was charming. Lots of storage/shelf space in the bathroom. Wish the shower got a little hotter. Very clean and comfortable and the lobby/bar was very cool. Gym had a couple of bikes, elliptical, and some weights. Overall, very nice stay and the hotel is near public transit and about 20 min from the airport.

Room smelled of sewage because of random bath in middle of room, staff didn’t care. Repeated attempts to resolve were ignored. Made us sit in reception to wait until the dot of 3pm even though room was ready earlier, despite long distance travel. Tiny bathroom, couldn’t close door. Nice breakfast.

A great location for a good price

Great stay at WIDE. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfy. There’s music opposite in the summer but it stops by 10pm-ish. Otherwise it was really quiet.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Since my flight was in at midnight, I had to pay for a night that I did not use to be able to check in.. they offered no compensation for this and I did not ask. They did upgrade my room to probably the worst place in the hotel across from a club that blast music from seven to 9 o’clock at night. That was unbelievable… I posted an Instagram with the music level and told people to avoid this hotel and two question Expedia ability to find properties that are worth the value.. the air conditioning did not work in my room. The first three nights here I did not ask for any type of service to clean my room . On September 5, I was gone the entire day to Sweden and left the tag that says please clean my room… I come back at 6 o’clock that night. There are no clean towels. There is no toilet paper and I’ve asked them to put another sheet on my bed. No one had even entered my room the entire day… when I left that morning they were next-door cleaning the room, so I didn’t say anything to them. I’m sure that they would take care of it since the tag said please clean my room…. I went to the front desk since you can’t call reception from their phones there’s no explanation on how to use it…. The gentleman said that he would have someone take care of it in a few minutes so I went to the bar had a beer came to my room and it was in the same state as I left it that morning…. He brought the linens, and I helped him change the sheets
