Staff was not friendly; the overall hotel service felt like it was "all about business". Everything was a charge; not even drinking water was complementary. The first thing I was told after checking in was that there is no room cleaning unless I request it in advance. I arrived 2 hours early due to flight timing and when asked if I could do early check in, the response was yes but only for an extra fee even though the room was ready. As I said, everything was a charge!

It was everything we needed for one night. Very clean, comfortable bed. Yes the rooms are small, but if you just need an affordable clean/safe/private place to sleep then this is the spot!

Zéro compassion and support

Totally heartless hotel. My dad passed away a week before my stay at the hotel and they refused to refund me for the 3 nights I had booked. hotel.com has tried really hard to contact the hotel and discuss with the hotel manager for an exception to be granted. Hotel.com is not to fault at all. The hotel stated their ‘limits in ability to make changes or issue a refund’. In fact they didn’t want to hear anything about it and didn’t care. Very sad to see such behaviour and zero compassion from a hotel management in this difficult time….

Very fast self check-in express checkout, put your key to the key box, and done! IKEA is close to the hotel, I ate breakfast there(10am open), there is a Copenhagen Mall and VUE opposite of IKEA which also opens at 10am

Near the waterfront and close to the station and tivoli park all within 5 min walk if it’s only a bed to sightsee it’s ideal. Didn’t use any of the other facilities as we were out first thing and back late for bed

Not clean and no soundproofed room

First of all, the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned well. There were hairs in the toilet and on the floor. Although it was written as soundproofed room in the hotel features, it had nothing to do with it. As I could see from the floor plan, two rooms are connected by a door. Fortunately, the door was locked, but I could hear all the conversations in the next room. So this situation was not nice at all. But especially because of the cleanliness, I don't think I will stay there again.
