The hotel is very convenient to the airport and downtown Omaha is only 5 minutes by car. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff Reddy and Edward were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Good location, easy to get to

Breakfast was less than ideal in my opinion. There wasn't much to choose from. The last time we stayed at the same hotel, there was a much bigger variety to choose from. The noise levels at night was ridiculous. There was kids running up & down the hallways, adults talking very loudly, doors being slammed. There was very little courtesy given to patrons that might have been trying to sleep (after 10 PM).

Best Western isn't a great hotel chain. I remember now why I don't stay in them. Admittedly I chose this hotel based on price for the evening, but in hindsight I should have spent more for a better stay. This best western is no worse than other best westerns that I've stayed at - which is to say. . . poor compared with a marriott courtyard or others that would seem that maybe they are somewhere in the same zone. The one guy working the desk (seemingly from the time that I arrived until I left at 5am) was the the only staff person that I saw. He was very nice, but the facility needs work. It's a not great hotel in a not great neighborhood with lots of strange stuff happening at the large gas station across the street including some potentially unstable people with threatening behaviors. I'll skip it next time.

We were disappointed the hot tub didnt work and breakfast could have used some healthier options like fruit. There was not much of anything at 830 Sunday to eat. Hotel could use some updating but service was good.
