We always enjoy ourselves when we come here. The most important thing to me is that it is clean. And it was clean. Everyone was nice. I just wish they didn't let RV's park in the lot in front, we paid for a partial ocean view, but the RV was sitting in front of the view.

Our stay was pleasant. Everyone was very friendly. We had some problems with the key to our room so the front desk offer us a different room which was very nice of them. The room was clean but notice mildew behind the toilet and on the ceiling. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

Ok stay

Because of the proximity to the beach its very damp. No air conditioning or heating and very thin walls. Its an older hotel, its comfortable and cozy but no locks on the windows and flimsy door locks made me a little uncomfortable. People running the hotel are very nice and helpful. They are the best thing about staying here.

The property is nice being right by the ocean. The pool area is odd and uninviting with the lounge chairs being outside the pool area. Except being woken up by a party happening at 1am it was a nice place.

Like the fact that we were able to bring our dog and had a room on the bottom level where we can bring the dog outside plus the restaurant had a patio where we were able to have our dog while we ate lunch.

Small room & shower - outdated bathroom

The online photos of the King rooms showed an updated bathroom. The bathroom in our room was old, mold on grout, very small shower and bathroom. The King room was very small. The screen door to patio hardly opened.

I love this place, I have been coming here for years and it never changes. The staff is very friendly. The happy hour at the restaurant is really good. The rooms are nice and clean. What absolutely recommend this to anybody I am a solo traveler with a dog, and it was absolutely fabulous!!

Needs some remodeling. Very old and run down bathrooms, furniture and appliances. Not a very good deal. Only update item Were the windows. Shower and tub in bad shape. Service staff did good job and place was very clean, but owners need to pay more attention to its condition
