Great hotel, great staff and location.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We were there for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. All the staff is great. Gustavo is very helpful. We would stay there again.

Great place to watch the Carnival parades. Nice pool, bar, restaurant, room and room service. If I could stay anywhere in Cozumel, money no object, I'd still stay here. One last thing, the staff is fantastic, i don't think that I've ever had a request they couldn't fulfill.

Rooms were comfortable. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Safes in the room was a convienient security feature. Lobby bar had very good drinks and at a reasonable price.. Elevator was very small for a hotel of this size and slow.

I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mexicana. The location is amazing. I don't know if we hit the low season, but it was extremely quiet except for one night on the room next door (a guest shouting on FaceTime at midnight)... There are innumerous dining options, shopping, it is a very walkable area and the view is great. If you want to know the real Cozumel though, obviously rent a scooter or Jeep and go explore. We did - eating out far from downtown, etc. Breakfast is amazing and everyone is very friendly and efficient. I almost feel bad posting a great review, as I want this place to stay a "secret" for when we go back... which we definitely will, SOON!!! Thanks for a great stay!
