Great location!

The cabin was perfect- clean, comfortable bed and nice towels. It had anything that I might need and nothing that I didn’t. Would’ve liked to have had more clarity on the check-in process as it was my first stay, but once I messaged Kenny, he let me know I would be receiving instructions for accessing the cabin. I had to ask for the key code to get in but it was seamless once I had the code in hand. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Such a cute property about 50 minutes from Waco. Very very clean! Front desk employee was sweet. Lobby decor made me feel like I was in an upscale hotel in Fredericksburg.

We enjoyed our stay! The kids loved seeing the farm animals, and we loved seeing the stars and catching a few meteors! The house was great for a couple of families to meet up.A couple of notes about the house arrangement that I didn't see on the listing: There are no bathrooms in the main part of the house. Most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, but the master and an adjoining bedroom are not completely closed off in between. Also, one of the bedrooms needs to be walked through to get to another bedroom and a bathroom that three bedrooms share. In total, there are 8 bedrooms, including those listed above, which includes the office, plus one enclosed playroom/living area with TV that has futons, and then there's the open living area with a futon. (I may be mixed up on which living area has one futon versus two, as we did not use those.) The living areas will need to pass through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. Overall, there are lots of options for flexible arrangements, but it was slightly different from what I saw on the listing of what each room has.We traveled with friends, and the kids had fun playing sardines and other similar games in the house! Hoping to come again!
