Hotel was clean overall. Bathrooms and rooms were clean. The pool was my only real issue. There was so much chlorine that my whole group of family eyes were burning. And my children were coughing just being in the pool room. We ended up not swimming much even though the pool/hot tub was a big part of why we booked this hotel. Other than that, rooms were clean and service was great. Maybe just ease up on the chlorine!

We arrived at 11:30pm and were looking forward to just going to sleep. The carpet was damp, the dresser was missing a handle and dripping something from one of the drawers, the lamp was missing the shade, there was green goo all over the bathroom. I canceled the rest of our stay and booked somewhere else.

Comfortable room and pancakes!!

We were able to check in early. They were able accommodate a “close to an exit” request. The room was spacious and very comfortable! Each bed had four pillows which was great! Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Loved the pancakes!! There were homeless people at the front of the property but no one bothered us.

The bathroom felt a little run down but was clean, our room was nice, no bad smells. The pool was nice as well, the hot tub wasn’t fully working so it wasn’t as hot as normal and the jets didn’t work, but it worked out because then my toddler could sit in it with us since it wasn’t very hot. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel, nothing crazy but a good selection. The staff was responsive. Would stay here again!
