The staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the noise/parking on Friday night. Our room happened to be close to an event space so there was a ton of noise Friday evening. The event attendees took up all the parking so we had to park all the way at Timbuktu and trek back to the hotel.

We've stayed at the hotel many times. Our only complaint is the TV pixilates and is difficult to watch. We're not in the room much, but in the evening when we come back it's nice to turn on the TV and watch some news or sports event. It's annoying that it pixilates constantly.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it but there are many obvious upgrades and improvements. Very clean, staff employees were efficient and friendly. Love that it's on the greenbelt for easy walking access. Excellent!

I recently completed my second stay at The Riverside Hotel. While I appreciate the hotel and its location, I was surprised to be charged an additional $43 for the room rate at check-in without my knowledge. I booked a 2-queen room that sleeps up to four people, but my reservation apparently listed only one adult, and I was charged extra because we had three guests. This was not mentioned at check-in, and I only noticed the charge when reviewing my final receipt after checkout. At check-in, I was given a total that included an incidental charge, so I assumed any increase was related to that. The hotel has agreed to refund the difference, but I did not appreciate being charged a significant amount without any communication, and it felt as though the situation was treated as my responsibility.
