One night stay - overall happy.

The staff were lovely and helpful, very nicely located, nice vibes. Would stay again for a one night stay. The only faults were that there was 1 bath towel for 2 people, I had to order more towels. There wasnt any issue doing that but maybe more attention to detail is required. 2 guests, 2 towels. There was also no fan working in the bathroom which led to the whole place steaming up and couldn't clear it. There was a docking station/speaker on the bedside locker that was quite dusty and dirty looking. The bedside locker also had a chunk out of it. But otherwise, we were happy with the stay.

Improving 21st century .

My stay was good but your range of Gluten Free food for Breakfast and evening meals is not good you could use GF sausages and the range of Breakfast cereal is poor. Also No GF Peroni drink . Apart from that all was good.

Loved the location very central and easy to walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. The restaurant was fantastic. The staff very polite and helpful. Vino service was half fulfilled. The room could have been cleaner

Very close to town and rooms ok Staff very nice but those servicing rooms a bit lapse in areas, cups not cleaned or replaced, towels not replaced ,tea etc. but reception did respond quickly .

Worth a lengthy visit here

Great location within walking distance of many historical pubs. Belfast has become a place worth the visit. Not too bad for parking considering it is the city centre. Clean rooms. Wonderful, very helpful staff. 😊👍

Very average hotel in the middle of Belfast. Visible dirt on surfaces in bathroom. Asked to change room due to unvaccumed carpet with lots of spillage stains. I was told all the rooms had stained carpets. Vitually all restaurant and reception seats are heavily stained. Nothing that a deep carpet and upholstery clean won't fix along with a little maintainace to make good the bashed furnishings. Breakfast was okay, however staff seemed to not be very experienced with food allergies.

The room was very tired and a bit grimy. Bathroom was disgusting; full of black mould. A lot of noise all night from the bars/clubs on the streets outside the hotel. Hotel’s central location was useful.

Friendly staff, lovely hotel. Clean and tidy. Good fitness suite. Vending machines were good. My only downfall was the noise from the nigh life from drunkards but nothing on the hotel for that. Highly recommended
