My air conditioning was spotty at times. It was either extremely hot in the room, or ice cold. Apparently, everyone got a letter saying they lost power in at the hotel and something was now wrong with the air conditioning. I was told by the staff, refunds would be give from when the issue started, but im not holding my breath on that til i see a credit in my account

Staff was unfriendly and standoffish from the moment you check-in. If you don’t purchase the pool view then you’re not getting a view at all besides facing another building or better yet nothing. Pool is small and the swim up side feels dirty and super tiny with rude drunk people. Pool closes at 7pm which is pretty early especially if you have a late check-in. The beach water and the planes are the only beautiful things about this resort but the beach itself is small and it’s shared with other hotels so be prepared to only sit on certain chairs and walk through certain allowed spaces. Beach closes at 5pm, after that you can still swim but chairs and umbrellas are collected. Food is limited and not that good. If you miss breakfast or lunch be prepared to not eat anything until the restaurants open again as they ALL clean at the same time which makes no sense at least the buffet should be open. The only serving they give between times is a long line for a nasty burger or hotdog. No night entertainment and pretty boring. Drinks are NASTY with very cheap liquor, I suggest you just bring your own if you drink from the airport. Resort is very small and felt enclosed. The best time was renting a car from the lobby for about $90 (not including a credit hold which is released after) and leaving the resort for the day to visit other beautiful beaches, swim at the near by cave and eat other food.

Broken A/C for days. Smelled of marijuana everyday. The servers were rude never smiled. We tipped no matter what but got terrible service every time. Buffet food was bad. If you show up 30 minutes to closing you better grab everything you want cause they won’t let you go back for another plate or dessert. The beds were hard and the shower leaked all over the bathroom. The shower has a see through glass for everyone to see you.

We spent a week and the food was lousy with disgruntled employees. Not enough seating for meals. The air conditioning was not working for two nights, our room was 80 degrees, new nickname is Saunaesta. Moho Village had very limited shopping and dinning.

Our family had a great week stay at the resort. We enjoyed that it wa all inclusive, though I would suggest to come with plenty of $5 bills to use as tips for when you dine. The room was clean and had a good view of the pool and Maho Beach. A nice surprise for us was Island Cat Rescue located above the hotel. The dining options were great and we ate somewhere different every night. We would definitely stay here again.

This property has so much potential if only the staff was friendlier. The service is terrible. I spent a whole day with no soap and broken shampoo conditioner and body wash dispenser. I called multiple times and was ignored until I spoke with a manager 24 hrs later. The staff at the restaurants and bars are rude and have a bad attitude. Overall the food was okay and the hotel was clean.
