Staff were rude and offended. They gave me a solo teaveller a room right in front of the kids park. Perfect for a family not a solo traveller when i asked for a quieter spot .because of the kids running and screaming along the hallway ..kida r kids i get it but when a solo person books perhaps thats not the best room.. when i asked very politely for a quiter spot as i had an early flight..i really got attirude and she was quite rude. I wanted to ask for my money back . Not what i expect for $200. 109 toom wasnt cleaned well fridge dirty . Carpet stained . Romm 239 was better but still not cleaned well. I woukd not go back or recommend disappointing

I love staying at the colonial club and as a Ken‘s local do so quite often I was so disappointed in the food and beverage service. We stayed two nights. The breakfast staff were amazing. The night staff very poor English and understanding of menus drinks and service. It wasn’t the shortage of staff to French girls on the front showed appalling service. Speaking in their own language, rude There was no leadership tables were cleared not wiped. Very disappointing.

Yes, the room was spotless. Sadly, the house keeping staff neglected to do their job to the best of the ability. Eg no bath mats were left and for couple of nights the toilet paper was not replaced.

Last 2 stays and last night I noticed a few little baby cockroaches everywhere. Not sure if it's because of he weather change but I ant have them crawling around. Although the staff who checked us in was great and made the direction to our room very clear by pointing out which carpark was best and what block from thereour room was in. No one has made it so simple like that before out of all the times I've been there. He did great job

This property caters to families… kids everywhere. There buildings/rooms are old but clean. No breakfast available on site. Located a fair bit from town. You must take a taxi or bus to get downtown.
