It was close to cairns, just down the road from botanical gardens, easy drive to CBD. Quite and seemed safe. Lots of restaurants around and local shops.

The best thing about the resort was the comfort of being safe as a solo traveller for the first time there was a lot of options of different types of food and the swimming pools were gorgeous. I highly recommend this resort. The staff were also so pleasant and polite and very helpful.

I liked the choice of pools. and the pizza on Wednesday night. I did not like the thin toilet paper - disintegrates as soon as it gets wet! I was in the cheaper section of units - but would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit and watch tv.

My room is in the 2nd floor and don’t have an elevator, my suitcase is 30 kilos and I was struggling in their stairway, that was dangerous . I will never stay their again

Staff were nice and the pools were good, there was a smaller one near my room that was often empty so I had it mostly to myself. Room was large and clean, with a fridge and kettle. I didn't realise when booking how close my room would be to the restaurant and play area, so with many families with small children there it was extremely loud and I didn't really get the quiet relaxation I had hoped for on my holiday. There were also loud adults shouting around that area at night, which disrupted my sleep. I asked staff if I could change rooms and they tried to help, but as the place was fully booked there was nowhere else to move. I would say if you're a light sleeper like me or just looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing this may not be the place for you, unless you can request a room in a quieter area.

We stayed overnight in a family room. Beds are comfy and everything perfectly adequate. Unfortunately the gentleman next door to us didn’t follow guidelines and smoked a lot which wafted into our room. Cafe (for breakfast) is very overpriced and poor quality. Do not recommend. If you had young kids they’d probably love the pools and play areas.
