Room old, refrigerator not working properly. They didn’t replace towels or change sheets. They have not even replaced soap. So, summarizing, don’t get trapped by pictures, they don’t show the reality. I will not stay there again.

Even though I booked with breakfast on e.bookers.com I had to pay the daily fee in Brazilian currency. And had to pay also breakfast twice.i think the problem is between e.bookers.com and the Bristol upper hotel. The stuff of the hotel says that I can't have breakfast and the extra money I paid booking with e.bookers is the commission. So I think that this experience is very bad and I will not repeat it.

Mesmo o pagamento já tendo sido efetuado, fui cobrado novamente. Funcionários não souberam cancelar o novo pagamento, fazendo com que a restituição só ocorresse 5 dias depois via PIX. Alguns funcionários pouco simpáticos. Mas se tratando de Curitiba, talvez seja o normal.

um dos piores hoteis que ja fui.

Lugar engana muito pelas fotos, cafe da manha horroroso, tinha uma pessoa na recepcao com boa vontade, contudo pedimos um cobertor extra e tivemos que descer para pegar, banheiro caiu o box e tive que encaixar, ar condicionado quase que nao esquenta e com muito ruido.

Belo custo benefício

Fomos em um dia de show na cidade e bem próximo o que causou muito movimento no hotel, mas ainda sim fomos muito bem atendidos, quarto e banheiro limpo, café da manhã simples e bom.
