Room old, refrigerator not working properly. They didn’t replace towels or change sheets. They have not even replaced soap. So, summarizing, don’t get trapped by pictures, they don’t show the reality. I will not stay there again.

Even though I booked with breakfast on e.bookers.com I had to pay the daily fee in Brazilian currency. And had to pay also breakfast twice.i think the problem is between e.bookers.com and the Bristol upper hotel. The stuff of the hotel says that I can't have breakfast and the extra money I paid booking with e.bookers is the commission. So I think that this experience is very bad and I will not repeat it.

Eu fiquei uma semana e me deram um quarto que poderia ser melhor. Não tinha uma mesa para trabalho ou refeições. Peguei um quadro com microondas e não tinha prato e talher. Quando fui solicitar o atendente não queria dar, mas quando insisti outro foi buscar. Outro ponto negativo foi que os cartões para abrir a porta toda hora desconfigurava e tinha que descer toda vez para liberarem. Para ficar dois dias é um hotel ok.. para ficar mais tempo não é tão bom!

Mediana, porém pelo preço não é de se dispensar.

Por ser um quarto executivo, achei que merecia melhor cuidado no estado, principalmente do banheiro, que tinha um cheiro horrível de fossa, banheiro MINUSCULO alem do chuveiro não esquentar sempre.

Ruim, devido condições banheiro, velho, precisando de reformas, piso quebrado, vaso solto, faltando ducha higiênica, aparencia suja. Cama de tamanho padrão, com espaço para uma queen ou king. Tivemos que solicitar mais travesseiros e manta de coberta, e buscar na recepção.

Pontos positivos : o hotel em si não é novo , porém é aconchegante, e colocaram nós em um quarto muito prático para quem tem filhos pois tinha microondas e pia para o uso, cafe da manhã bem gostoso . Negativos: o ar é antigo e faz bastante barulho , o cheiro das toalhas é desagradável, a piscina é bem pequena

Infelizmente tivemos um contratempo pois como o quarto tinha cozinha optamos em reservar mas nao tinha pratos talheres nem copos. Pedimos na recepção e disseram que nao forneciam. As 18h do dia 31.12 tivemos de sair para tentar achar para a nossa ceia. Lamentável.
