Room old, refrigerator not working properly. They didn’t replace towels or change sheets. They have not even replaced soap. So, summarizing, don’t get trapped by pictures, they don’t show the reality. I will not stay there again.

Even though I booked with breakfast on e.bookers.com I had to pay the daily fee in Brazilian currency. And had to pay also breakfast twice.i think the problem is between e.bookers.com and the Bristol upper hotel. The stuff of the hotel says that I can't have breakfast and the extra money I paid booking with e.bookers is the commission. So I think that this experience is very bad and I will not repeat it.

Primeira vez que fico hospedado no Bristol , olhei muitos comentários negativos sobre ele mas quando cheguei vi que não tinha o que reclamar. Quarto limpo , ar condicionado gelando e chuveiro funcionando normal. Única coisa que poderiam melhorar é o estacionamento que fica junto com o lixo. Mas tirando isso foi uma boa hospedagem.

O atendimento da recepção foi de forma prestativa, porém quando chegamos no quarto não tinha cobertas e nem toalhas de banho suficiente, e quando abrimos o frigobar havia uma marmita com resto de comida embolorada... triste! O café da manhã estava uma delícia.

Até onde sabia a rede Bristol tinha padrão. Mas dessa vez foi diferente, péssimo, sujo, coisas quebradas, não tinha secador como descrito e nem telefone para ligar na recepção. Não tem manobrista e nem ninguém pra te ajudar com nada. Cafe da manhã horrível, além d epihcas opções, coisas de baixa qualidade. Fora a questão da garagem que é no andar que armazenam lixo, aí você já pode imaginar o caos neh e o fedor!

Atendimento Ruim e Preços Abusivos

Fiquei hospedada no Bristol Upper Hotel recentemente e, infelizmente, minha experiência deixou muito a desejar. Logo no primeiro contato, antes mesmo da reserva, já tive um sinal do despreparo da equipe. Liguei para perguntar se o café da manhã oferecia opções vegetarianas e fui surpreendida pela resposta da recepcionista: "Não, só comida normal". Um comentário completamente inadequado e que demonstra falta de conhecimento e profissionalismo. Durante minha estadia, precisei de sugestões de lugares próximos para tomar um café e, para minha surpresa, os recepcionistas não souberam indicar nada! É de se esperar que a equipe de um hotel tenha pelo menos o básico de informações sobre a região, mas não foi o caso. Outro ponto negativo foi o preço abusivo dos lanches disponíveis no quarto. Comi uma batata tipo Pringles, um Kit Kat e um mini Talento e, para minha indignação, fui cobrada R$ 41,00 por isso. Um valor completamente desproporcional! Além disso, a estrutura do quarto tem falhas inconvenientes. A tomada fica muito longe da cama, o que dificulta carregar o celular durante a noite sem precisar se levantar para pegá-lo. No geral, esperava um serviço mais profissional e uma estrutura mais bem planejada. Infelizmente, não recomendaria esse hotel para quem busca conforto e um atendimento de qualidade.

Pelo valor da diária esperava algo melhor. O quarto é bem simples, os travesseiros não são muito confortáveis e só tem um tipo de cobertor no quarto, de pelo, bem antigo, não muito aconchegante. Móveis bem antigos. Chuveiro meio antigo, mas bem quentinho. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. É ok, mas muito caro pelas condições.
