The resort is beautiful. Well maintained, the room was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The only issue was being charged 25.00 per night to park in their lot.

We had a fantastic time! Clean facility, kind staff. Water in Aquatopia is a nice temperature, I took my 11 month old & my 6 year old and they absolutely loved it. The only caveat is this place is super expensive & you’re paying for EVERYthing. Aside from the prices it was very fun and we’ll be back.

Due to the shockingly poor experience, I feel compelled to document my visit. This was not only my first visit — it will absolutely be my last. The level of service and overall experience was utterly disappointing. First, I had specifically booked a room with a balcony. What I was given instead was a so-called "balcony" — just two chairs placed in an area where the balconies were completely open and connected to neighboring rooms, offering no privacy whatsoever. To make matters worse, my room was on the ground floor, making it extremely damp and uncomfortable. I approached the front desk twice to request a room change, and both times I was flatly refused with the excuse that no other rooms were available. Second, housekeeping did not show up at all the next day. Trash bins were left overflowing, and the room remained uncleaned — completely unacceptable for any standard of hospitality. Third, the entire resort lacked basic maps and signage. I wasted a significant amount of time wandering around trying — and failing — to locate the gym. For a facility of this size, this lack of direction is simply inexcusable. Fourth, the reservation system for activities was an absolute nightmare. Online registration took over half an hour and still failed, forcing me to waste more time standing in long queues at the office.The owner should seriously experience the process firsthand. No matter how attractive the activities may be, this disastrous system will inevitably drive customers away
