Good experience

This hotel was good for what I needed. Nothing special but it was clean and comfortable. The pool and "gym" are not really usable. If you have kids, they would probably enjoy the pool. The breakfast was good and the location iw good. Close to the bus station and a short walk to the mall, Shopping Estação. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend this hotel. Book the hotel from an App like Hotels.com or Expedia for a much better price.

Good stay.

Be aware that there is an additional charge for service upon ending your stay. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Convenient to the main bus terminal.

Fui extremamente constrangido no momento do check-up, durante a estadia peguei na recepção duas águas de 1,5 l ao custo de 12,00 cada. Nas duas vezes exigiram o pagamento na hora, pois bem, paguei. No check-up cobraram uma garrafa de água, eu disse que estava pago, que cobraram na hora, mesmo assism, ao invés de verificar a veracidade, me obrigaram, de forma constrangedora, a pagar novamente pela água. NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDO NESSE HOTEL. Obs. A questão não é por 12,00 é pelo constrangimento.

Fiquei poucas horas, porém bem aconchegante até mesmo com 4 pessoas no quarto, sendo 2 crianças. Camas confortáveis e tudo limpo. Só o estacionamento que é apertado, mas tem um colaborador para auxiliar.
