This hotel was not as expected. Pros: quiet, accommodating family run business. Fairly clean, Cons: checkin was awkward and inefficient. the property is in a quiet neighbourhood with not much in terms of restaurants or things to do no amenities and you will need to pay extra for heat if needed. Our duvet was not clean (had numerous hairs on the sheets) we asked for new bedding and they accommodated quickly If you go out in the evening you need to ring the door bell to be able to re-enter Overall this a 5/10, depending on what you are looking for, definitely not what I was looking for but for one night it was manageable.

This little B&B gem was a one of a kind. All of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was spotless and breakfast was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was a HUGE plus. One of the staff ordered pizza and chicken for us from a third party. They delivered it and it was absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend this homey hotel enough!

This is the perfect hotel. Clean and Comfortable. Very welcoming staff. Serve te or coffee upon arrival. Always available and very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice. Beds and bedding is first class. Great bathroom and shower!!! Definatly stay here again. Roger

El hotel y la atención estuvieron muy bien. La ubicación está medio lejos del centro histórico y algunos tours no te dejan en otro hotel que no esté ahí mismo en el centro histórico. Está caminable pero después de un tour ya quieres llegar al hotel directo.

The property itself is nice. It’s far from the historic center about a mile or so. My only complaint you can hear everything from your room. Also the older lady in charge is very nice but very pushy it seemed like she didn’t want to let us come and go as we please.

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Personnel chaleureux et à l’écoute des clients. Chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner local et servi personnellement. Toutes les suggestions du personnel que ce soit les lieux, guides ou restaurants sont une réussite. Si vous souhaitez après une longue journée vous faire livrer une bonne pizza l’Ureta hôtel s’en chargera. Ils sont aussi très arrangeant.
