It was a awful stay, first night water heater was broken, people were banging on my door and yelling at 3 AM in the morning. Every single night there I asked for towels no one ever brought them. Room was serviced one time in a 5 night stay, no pillows provided when asked. Front desk was rude, and never there when needed. You would have to wait at least 20 mins just for them to come to the desk.

Happy Stay

I was overly delighted to see how beautiful the property was. Our room was not only beautiful, but clean as a whistle. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. If we are in need of a room in that area again, we will definitely stay at this Comfort Inn and Suites.

Bed Bugs

I recently stayed at this hotel after a long flight for a business trip and was looking forward to some rest before my early morning meeting. However, to my shock, I woke up covered in bites all over my back and arms. Clearly, the hotel had a bedbug infestation, which made it impossible for me to stay any longer. I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with a gentleman, asking if a refund was possible. He told me he wasn't authorized to process a refund and that I would need to wait until the next morning to speak with the manager. The next morning, I reached out to the manager, who informed me she was in a meeting and would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received that call. When I called back again, I finally spoke with the manager, only to be told that no refund would be provided. This was an awful experience, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. They have bedbugs, and their customer service is lacking. Which is completely disappointing, because the check-in desk attendant was super nice and polite.

Comfy convenient stay

While there was no room services, there are many restaurants to order on door dash. The hot breakfast was great. It was nice and comfortable. I would readily stay again.
