First and the main reason for the low rating; the shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick us up. This was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also, once the shuttle arrives it shoved 15 people into a van that is not made for that many! The room was ok but dated and needed some work. The temp control was not working. Overall, not our best stay. Extra, the uber driver we used the next day, told us he stays around this hotel because the shuttle is a known issue and he gets plenty of work; not a good thing to be known for! Should get a refund for all these issues! I may contact Hilton directly.

Room: had to put the AC down to 62 for it to get the room cool and it only stays on for 25sec at a time. Beds, super hard and uncomfortable. Outlets didn't work in room anywhere.
