It was nice, however, pool needs no key card or proof of stay to enter pool area. Anyone is able to enter through the gate on outside. Made me feel unsafe!

This hotel owes us nothing! We stayed here a couple nights for Father’s Day weekend, rooms were clean, breakfast was on point, pool was well maintained and the staff was amazing! Special shout outs to the front desk employee, Journey nail salon recommendation and the manager, Joyce icing on the cake conversation during our checkout. We will definitely be back for another round when we return to visit my grandson.

The floors did not meet cleanliness standards, as they were not adequately vacuumed and contained hair in multiple areas, including the shower. Implementing a double-check process for housekeeping to ensure thoroughness before leaving the room would be beneficial. Although I typically have a positive experience at Fairfield Hotels and appreciate the service provided by their employees, the quality can differ by location.
