We had issues with the safe in our room. The shower took for ever to get hot, on the 19th floor. The food items at the pool were stupid expensive and not good. Parking is not covered out in the weather. With too many large long pickup trucks that make the lane passage very hard to navigate.

The AC in our room did not work at all well. They said they could upgrade us for an additional fee so we declined. The refrigerator did not work well and did not keep anything very cold. It was almost room temp until the day we were leaving it started cooling better. The food we were charged for at the pool was well more expensive than what we ordered. Our tab at the swim up bar was overcharged. There is no way that what we ordered was everything that was on our tab. It is ridicoulsly priced and things being added.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at this hotel, making the most of the fantastic Jade Waters Resort! The lazy river was a huge hit with our family; it was incredibly fun, clean, and we appreciated the constant presence of attentive lifeguards. We found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and informative, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and had a modern feel. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The valet, bell hop & front desk people were all great & very helpful and friendly (even checking out, they had a cart to our room for us within 5 min of us calling down)…. We realize that prices have gone up everywhere and we always expect to pay more when we are on vacation, but 18 for a sandwich is a bit extreme - however - it was convenient because the little shop was open 24/7 and they had a little bit of everything. The pool/waterpark was good. They don’t have a designated adult pool, but it wasn’t overran with kids since they have slides and a kid area and lazy river (which isn’t very “lazy” - it was moving pretty fast). Again - back to the cost - you would think a hotel like the Anatole would have super soft towels and wash rags…. But, they don’t. They are super scratchy feeling -

The staff was great and tried very hard to assist with any issues. I had several occasions where I couldn't access gates to get in or out of the parking area. I had to leave the parking area and go back to the reception area during a storm and this was not a safe situation for me during this horrific storm.
