Horrible room, no windows, next to elevators, old.

Horrible room in the middle of the tower with NO windows, like a bunker. Next to the elevators. They blamed such a horrible room because I made the reservation through Hotels.com. I booked three rooms, one was in the tower the other in the main hotel, it had a window but the decoration of the room is dated, looks old. The service is not great.

Horrible room with no windows next to elevators.

I've never been in an hotel room with no windows. Horrible room, bunkered in the middle of the tower, with no windows listening to the elevators next to the room all day and night. Seems like they penalize you for buying through hotels.com.

Atrium rooms are horrible...cleanliness poor

Our room type was not available. Room that was given was a very small bed..was a murphy bed with wires...we have a 2 year old so had to move rooms. 2nd room had a horrible smell that maintenance could not fix. Had to move to a 3rd room.

Very. Big and our room ac was not working properly they did send someone to look at it and bring a fan it finally cooled down. Very beautiful place and sight see. Check in was a bit late which was at 4 pm. Not enough time to do anything. Overall a decent stay.

Liked the Property. Neat and Clean. Too much traffic during parking time due to some bus had got disabled and blocked the way. And an event was going on and had no parking place on return.

Beware if traveling with small children.

Room was never cleaned despite asking for it to be cleaned. Always had to ask for more towels. Signage on arcade was wrong regarding times. Arcade machines did not work. Change machine out of order. Lap pool was not available to anyone under the age of 16. Indoor pool was closed for events. Room was very clean on arrival which is a plus.

The good bad and ugly at the Hilton

We had bad service from our waiter at the Media Grill for dinner but our breakfast server made up for it! She was excellent! Also the food we ordered specifically the risotto that came with the salmon was awful, and the chicken was overcooked and so dry on the quesadillas. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! We enjoyed that! The spa was excellent and so was the Water fun amenities. Our time at the indoor pool was cut short by a private event that we were not told about at check-in. Our first room was very dirty with food everywhere and we had to change rooms too.
