I recently booked a two night stay at your hotel while traveling from New York for business. However, upon checking in, I found the conditions absolutely unacceptable. The hotel had an overwhelming, unpleasant odor that gave me a headache, making it impossible for me to stay. Due to these unlivable conditions, I was forced to check out just two hours after arrival and secure alternative accommodations near the airport—at my own additional expense. This experience was not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I booked with the expectation of a clean and habitable environment, and your hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards. Please let me know how we can resolve this matter promptly. I look forward to your response.

The hotel was very clean, staff friendly & very helpful. The ice vending machines weren’t working at all in the entire building, but hotel staff accommodated all guests with ice daily. Good experience overall!

Property littered with trash. Elevator out of order door to enter building would not close. No towel rack in bathroom.no toilet paper holder. Noisy all night . Room was cold. No heat only air. Leg on bathroom vanity was broken and placed upside down. Fresh paint would help here and there . Tbe guy at desk during day needs attitude adjustment

Loud music all night—no one answered phone. Then around 3:30 someone was in the parking lot with loud music, booming bass, and loud voices under out window and no one answered the phone. He got dressed and went downstairs to the checking desk and waited for at least 10 minutes (sign said they were helping a guest) and no one ever came to the desk. We will not visit this hotel again.

What I didn't like was the hotel was cold, extremely cold-so cold I got sick. The room should be preheated in the winter and pre-cooled in the summer.
