The room was not as clean as I would expect. The AC did not work the two days we stayed. And only a small break at night. I slept maybe 3 hours a night which was not ideal because we were in town to Christmas shop.

Front desk guy was so rude, seemed like he didn't wanna be working, i asked for a baby crib or a playpen and the guy was so rude and disgusting towards me telling me they got rid of them and didnt have any at all but yet another guest had just turned one in, got our room and their was cockroaches everywhere big and small alive and dead, we left for dinner and let the ac on because it was kinda warm in the room came back from dinner and the room was straight up hot !, shower was disgusting with tiny roaches, the shower head was disgusting too and didnt work well at all, the “clean” towels were stained which, their was wasps in the restroom that we had to kill and when we went to go ask if they can come look at the thermostat, because their phone in the room wasnt working and my hisband went to the front desk and waited there for 15 mins before that rude front desk guy came out of the office, they took forever to come they came around midnight to “reboot” the system and they said it would take 20/30 mins and we waited and nothing happened the room got even hotter. Went back to the front desk their was a different guy he was actually nice enough to switch us room, today for breakfast we woke up and changed to go eat and their was a lady who was very rude and said um do you not know what time it ends i said no the front desk guy when we checked in told us it ended at 10, it was barely 9:25, ended up checking out of the hotel to go get breakfast. NEVER AGAIN TRUST ME !!!!

The entire hotel smelled like weed and when i told the staff he said he could spray some febreze. I was at the hotel for 10 minutes and the guy refused to give me a refund. I will never stay at a la quinta again.

I really wouldnt recommend this place to anyone with mold sensitivity. The room had visible mold growing on one of the walls and when I tried to use the gym it smelled so strongly of mildew that I couldnt even go in it. There was also mold on the breakfast bagels :( The beds were comfy and the breakfast had a variety of foods, and there was plenty of hot water/good pressure for showering, but I wouldnt want to stay here again because of the mold problem.

Heaters did not work properly, it was super cold for me. Had to change rooms twice. Second night i wanted to leave but staff told me they couldnt refund my money. I promise you they would not treat their family member this way but they seem to be ok treating me like this. Putting me in room with limted heat while it was 32 degrees that night. . I will never return to this hotel again.

The rooms were a bit outdated. The online photos were not the same as in real life. The price was a whole lot more than the ammenities of other hotles. Prices were also ajusted for changing my room request.
