No Shuttle service as advertised, Main reason I chose this Hotel. Requested a walk in shower because I have foot issues, was told They had none available. Even though I made the reservation a month prior, Tub was peeling & was not upgraded as pics displayed. Asked for My $$30 credit for early check in. Was told it would be credited back after talking to manager it was not.Very dissatisfied with false advertising . Will not stay at or recommend this Hotel ever again.
Tub peeling and very narrow, caused foot discomfort for My problem feet. Shower head did not let out an even steady forceful flow. Hot water only in the early morning. Luke warm water thereafter, very uncomfortable.

Omg where do I start. The first room heater didn’t work and the second bed had blood stains all over the sheets(I took pictures). They moved us to another room where the shower water was extremely cold for all three days and the toilet was stopped up. This use to be a very nice location but I have no idea what has happened. And the hallway smells like a football team locker room. I’ve been staging here everytime I go to Irving for the last 5 years and this trip was it for me.

The room was great, clean and quiet. Not a lot of noise at all, even during the storm. Refrigerator worked great as well as the AC unit. Shower had great hot water and pressure. Thanks!

The hotel was as described, convenient and quiet location. The breakfast options were very limited, nothing of substance. Our room was spacious but the AC was loud and malfunctioning. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the issue with the AC until after I settled with my infant daughter and small dog so I didn’t request a switch of room because I didn’t want to pack and unpack again.
