Did not meet expectations

Expectations from room type were not met. I had expected a larger room from what photos laid out. Room was dirty, as floors did not look swept. Card was charged before my arrival yet expectation was that if be charged when I checked in. Not a big deal but concierge wanted to charge me again when checking in.
