Rattling vent, couldnt sleep. No cold water service for 2 days. Had to use bottle qater to brush teeth and wash face. Faucet on cold water to bathe still extremely hot. Unable ti bathe. Ridiculous.

Our family was there for the National Cheerleading Competition This hotel was great! The food in the restaurants was excellent and the service was so attentive and friendly! Would absolutely stay there again!

Overall, a nice day. However, staff needs training. Hardly anybody smile or greet you. The two hostesses in the Texas fire restaurant were eating at the hostess station, looking their fingers, and then taking menus to see you. Totally unacceptable to me.

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, room was very clean, our bellhop really tuned us into the amenities in the room and was happy to help upon our check out. Customer service was timely and efficient in replying via text messages with things we needed. Cannot wait to stay again, one of our best stays in Dallas.

We have been staying at the Omni for the last decade and this was the first trip where we were very disappointed. The front desk staff were unprofessional and did not present as though they wanted to be there. They indicated the room would be serviced but we didn’t receive housekeeping services and had to call to obtain towels etc. Thank goodness they give you an extra roll of toilet paper because it was like using tissue paper. The food in the restaurants used to be so delicious and this trip was very marginal and sometimes cold. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub being closed. We stay for the amenities and proximity to everything, and unfortunately for the price, it just isn’t worth it.
