Avoid - There are better hotels for same cost!

The property looked un-cared for. The curtain in the room was off the curtain rod - that is the first thing I had to fix as soon as we checked in. The whole room smelled strongly of some room freshener, which was OK for a bit, then the odor it was trying to mask came through - it was the sewer smell. I could barely sleep since the smell was really strong. The van-to the airport is another story. We waited at the airport for exactly an hour and 12 min. since calling the hotel about the shuttle. Very unprofessional indeed.

Ceiling Leak… No receipt!!

stranded at the airport, had to book in a hurry. got room, took a nap and woke up to the bathroom ceiling leaking, coming down like rain, called front desk to report!. THEY SDIDNT EVEN OFFER ME A DIFFERENT ROOM, I had to call back and ask, After maintenance guy came and assessed! Moved to new room, never offered any assistance! 4am- at front desk to get shuttle and requested a receipt for airline… front desk guy said he could not provide me with a receipt because I booked with a 3rd party!! Worst customer service ever! staff quite apathetic to guests needs!!

It served its purpose. Everything was very basic which is what you get with a basic price so I’m not complaining at all. I did feel safe since the office had so many security cameras. The gentleman in the office was very helpful and told me about Spotshare.

Have stayed here many times over the past couple of years mainly because of its convenience of location.Close to my job site. The staff has always been helpful , should I have an issue with a coffee maker or need fresh batteries in the remote. As a Park and Fly location , close to the airport, it can be a bit noisy at times. The north south airport traffic flies almost directly overhead this and the other 6 or so hotels at this location. Kids will love standing on the balcony watching airplanes on approach for landing.Free WIFI , DirectTV , Denny's right next door and two convinience stations nearby. Pet friendly. Elevator and accessible rooms available.
