The Ac sounds like it’s gonna go out. We seen roaches outside of the hotel. There’s a coffee bar but it’s not even open. A lady got her tennis bracelet stolen. The whole hotel smells musty and like weed.

So dirty, the walls, the light fixtures The bathroom looks like someone peed on the wall behind the toilet. There’s mold everywhere. I told one of the gentlemen they didn’t do anything about it then when checking out, I told the gentleman he said to contact you guys so that they can contact the manager so they can give me a refund

A comfortable well constructed, well maintained property adjoining busy Central Expressway between downtown and north Dallas. Clerk gave me a rear room explaining the highway side is noisy. Room was small but comfortable, very clean, good amenities, pillows and towels. Good for single business travel. Not romantic. Go elsewhere for indulgance, but good for sleeping at the end of a day.

Dirty towels in bathroom when they were supposed to be fresh towels. Room gets very hot in the middle of the night and could interrupt sleep. Otherwise , room was clean and staff was friendly . Check in process was easy. Breakfast bar had good options.

The commons (food)was not open during hours communicated on their email (left the hotel around 730am). Sketchy area with a constant smell of weed. Snack area was not stocked. During checkin was not acknowledged due to dealing with the city on something. The room it self was layed out well but stains on the couch and ottoman. Door to the patio was not well maintained and was very difficult to pull.
