The service and room quality was trash and nasty. It had other people things in the room and bed was dirty.

The heater did not work. My 2 daughters and I froze in the middle of the night. Come morning time the shower water wouldn’t heat up. Upon check in our toilet was clogged.

Look out for Bed Bugs

The check-in process was good but staying in the unit was different. I ended up getting bit by bedbugs on my face, hands and stomach. They told me that maybe it was an allergic reaction, but I’ve never had anything happened like this in my life. I asked for a reimbursement only to get denied and I had to go through Hotels.com to get my reimbursement. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location unless you want to get eaten alive by bed bugs.
