It was okay. Probably won’t stay again. When I booked, I wasn’t aware of the extra parking fee, which I think should be included in the hotel fee. Wasn’t a big deal, just strange.

Just love being able to relax. Staff was great. The only complaint I have is parking. There’s really not enough spaces. And the air conditioner needs to work just a little bit better. Would like to have seen more selection for breakfast. But your staff is absolutely awesome. The rooms are clean. You need to offer bar soap for your showers.

Tru By Hilton was a great place to stay. The staff were all polite and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that would have been better is the parking situation. We paid $15/day which was not bad, but we were not guaranteed a parking spot. I found that to be an issue. Once, I was directed by staff to park in a handicapped spot because no other spots were open. That’s the only thing that would have made a great stay even better!

The staff was really nice. The bar on the top floor is more of a nightclub. Young girls and what not. Not really my scene. They do take up the elevator at night. You think there would be a separate elevator for guests. Anyways after I read the other comments I requested a first floor room so it wasn’t an issue. It’s an affordable, cozy accommodation. The area kind of lacks. There’s nothing really around and you’re right next to a highway overpass. You get what you get and you don’t get upset. I’d give this place 3 stars.

Everything was ok except when we got to our room, the entire front was off of the air conditioning unit and the filters were laying over to the side like they had been working on it. We called the front desk and someone came up and put it back on.
