The property was very trendy looking. Staff was awesome and informative. It was clean and quiet. We got to preview the rooftop bar which is opening to the public on Friday. The views are amazing, staff is excellent and the drinks were superb! I highly recommend Tru!!
Not good for people traveling with dogs ; dog area outside as tall as a medium size dog ; they charged 75 $ for a pet , they also charge for parking but is totally different open to the street.
Staff were wonderful BUT the first room (202) smelled like urine, I was then switched immediately to 302 which smelled like urine and bathroom sink was clogged. I reported it and no follow up. When I inquired about it on the second day I was switched as they didn't have maintenance working at 5pm on a Sunday. My last room was great ...no urine smell and sink worked!!!
Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was amazing and accommodating. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in awhile with no incident. Already looking forward to my next stay here!
