I accidentally booked a smoking room, it smelled bad and was dirty, and when I went in on the wall was a cockroach!
I went back to the main desk and turned in my key, I wasn’t able to get my money back either!
The rooms look nothing like the pictures on line. When we got to our room the air conditioner was not cooling well. So we left for a little while came back water from the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. I went to the office and they changed our room. The next morning got up to take a shower the shower head leaked so bad that it soaked the whole bathroom. I went back to the office and they gave me a key to the room where I was at first and said shower there and they would get someone to look at it later. If I was the president of hotels. Com this hotel would not be on my site.
The person at the front desk did not greet me as I walked in the door. I then let him know I had a reservation and he was on his phone the entire time. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Apparently his job was too

Property isnt very old but its starting to look run down
The ckerk at desk didnt respond when i called itcwent to voice mail. Not my kind of service.no reply about my concerns of loitering outside my room. Singke winan all men drinking. Yep sleot in my clothes afraid to gobout and get my things. Not very clean and i believe i was charged

The first room we were given had a toilet with a diarrhea explosion in the toilet. The second room had a couple of long dark hairs imbedded in the fitted sheet on one of the beds. We always check for bedbugs also (and didn't find any), but in pulling the bed away from the wall found quite a bit of dust and debris, including a discarded cup. We brought all these to the attention of the staff.
We were originally put in a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was loud with bright lights throughout the night. The next morning we requested a room change which we were given. We moved to a second floor room on the other side of the building. We appreciated that they were willing and able to accommodate our request. The room was not very clean and all amenities were old and outdated.
