The staff were very friendly. The lounge area was very nice. The heat/AC unit in our room was incredibly noisy all night, especially when in cooling mode.

The hotel was full and there was no breakfast when we went down. Just tonnes of people standing around waiting for more food to come out. They were underprepared. We left and had breakfast elsewhere.
