The hotel was very nice clean bathroom, staff very friendly, restaurant was tasty, there are a lot of ambulance sirens going on at all times of the day/night though but I guess it’s normal in the city. Over all a great stay

That staff was great and friendly. The room was clean. We were in town for a Vikings game and the hotel was a short walk to the stadium. Walkable distance to a lot of great eateries.

Front desk staff was fantastic. We came with friends and at check in they were able to make sure we were on same floor. The other nights we would hang out in lobby and Muhammad and Zack were personable and welcoming and talked with us like friends. Great customer service.

Good Hotel but…….

Was in town for the Bengals vs Vikings game. The hotel is nice. Plenty of dining options around and is situated between both the Twins and Vikings stadiums. Only downfall for me is the lack of security in the area around the hotel. Many homeless that will approach you as soon as the sun goes down. Had to walk in a group to feel somewhat safe. The Nicollet mall area is sketchy at best. During the day absolutely no issues. If you are a solo traveler I’d probably look elsewhere if you feel the need to leave for dinner at night.

No pool Only thing I got for the VIP was 2 vouchers for $15 off at their restaurant. Staff was great, very accomodating, restaurant is ok for dinner but much better for breakfast.
