This is a two part review -1 for the staff; 2, the property. Staff was great. Very friendly, especially Laquan. The property did not have an ice machine, coffee maker or any kitchenware to use in our kitchenette. You also had to take your towels to the front desk to exchange them, which we were not informed of at check in.

We checked in late, and the front office was closed.We rang the number listed outside and the individual opened the check in desk stating it was late, he was busy with laundry and did not have any other checkins noted for the night. I felt we put him out. After showing him the confirmation, he did get us checked in but stated that he "hoped" our rooms were clean and he was too busy to check. The hotel smelled pretty bad. I would give this hotel 0 stars, but the hotel was prompt with calling us stating we left an item behind upon check out.

There was an odor in the hallway soon as you got off elevator, then you could also smell weed! The floor was filthy! Something spilled sticky never clean. No hand towels for washing hands had to use bath towel. Party of 3 in my stay only provided 2 sets of towel/washcloth. Asked for more was told needed to swap out dirty towels I said there was never enough provided to begin with. Refrigerator was disgusting I didn’t want to put anything in it! Didn’t check the microwave out after seeing refrigerator! Will not stay here again!
