Very nice stay. the staff was AMAZING, and super friendly! The only thing I would warn people of is the parking can be quite tight in the main lot if in a large truck suv or van and its fairly busy.

This boutique hotel appears to be recently renovated or at least it is bery well maintained. I stayed for a special event in Daytona Beach, where most hotels in the area are very busy. The owners of Flamingo Inn were always present and working (hands-on) on the property, maintaining the property clean and ensuring guests were having a great time and enjoying the amenities of the property. In the evening, as guests were returning to the hotel for the night, the owner was outside in the parking lot assisting with the parking. At one point, while my group was in the pool, I moticed the owner, his wife, and possibly a couple family members, grilling burgers and offering them to the guests in the pool area. The hotel is directly located on the beach. Around 7pm, when my group of 8 (including a toddler and a baby) were coming back into the hotel property from the beach, an employee (possibly related to the owners) and the owner’s wife assisted us with our beach gear and the kids. Their service and attention was just amazing; they went above and beyond my expectations. I normally do not stay in small privately owned hotels,but I believe I am making this my preferred hotel when visiting Daytona Beach, which I do 2-3 times a year.

The Flamingo Inn is a classic motel property that has been recently renovated. Newer does not mean better and the Flamingo proves this. This property is meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious (a real perk of older properties). We rented an efficiency. They have new furniture, appliances and linens. The kitchen was well appointed. The refrigerator is apartment sized, not a tiny dorm sized fridge. There was also a stovetop, microwave and coffee maker. There is no oven, but the property has a large gas grill for guests to use which is nice. ( And they provide BBQ tools). The pool was heated which I loved! Unlike many hotels and motels, we were provided with plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. for our party of three. The pool towels were a nice size and plush. They are so much better than the thin white "dish towels" with a blue stripe that so many properties use. Everything on the property was in perfect working order. The entire staff from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk/manager is friendly and helpful. It was a great place to spend Jeep Beach 2025. We will be back.

A good place for 1 night

The hotel was good overall but the room wasn’t really clean. The bed was really comfortable. The lady at the reception was friendly and answered all of our questions. View on the ocean. Pool is small. Parking available. No elevators.

The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were SOOO comfortable. I actually slept like a baby and usually don't when I'm away from home. The beach was a very short walk. You can see it from the hotel. The only things I can say that were negatives were the bath towels were very rough (esp after being sun burnt lol) and they didn't have any toiletries. Not even hand soap to wash your hands but we always bring that stuff just in case so it wasn't too big of a deal. Overall had an AMAZING stay and wish we could've stayed longer! We will definitely book again

Both front desk staff Nel and Ehilu (I hope I spelt your names right:) they were amazing. And omg the rooms were super clean, and no bugs! I was pleasantly impressed by flamingo Inn overall. I am definitely staying here again.

Overall nice place to stay in, clean, friendly, etc. Only unexpected negative for us personally was that we were under the impression Front Ocean view ocean would be balcony completely facing the ocean but it was on the side with partial ocean view. Balcony was facing hotel next door where they had a walkway so no privacy for us in feeling free to leave balcony door open. At night you can hear clear conversations from some inconsiderate people in pool property and next door. First night 1-4am group of adults very disruptive loud behaviors causing for us to be awake the entire time. Second night a gentleman and a lady talking very loud this pool property. Just emphasizing that everything could be heard in our room very loud and clear.
