We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the hot tub was out of order and beach access was closed off due to the hurricanes last year. Had a walk a few hotels down to safely access the beach. But the hotel can’t control the weather. Just wish it stated that when I booked. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again if the hot tub and beach access was fixed

The hotel stepped up!

It was much better then I thought it was going to be. I was frustrated going in because I got this hotel because I wanted a hot tub and access to the beach and the website says it has that. And then 48 hours later when it’s too late to get all my money back, I got an email saying there was no hot tub and access to the beach because of the hurricane from 9 months ago. But the stay was good despite the disappointment and irritation. Staff was great, room was clean, check in and breakfast were easy!

We were so disappointed at the lack of Pride in this hotel ownership/management. Not one planter around property or pool, steps down the beach broken and blocked off so no way down to beach from hotel. All it needed was 4 steps repaired! The planters out front had no plants just trash. Parking lot was caving in so not enough parking. The rooms were ok and only thing that was nice is the ocean view, but remember you couldn't safely get down to the beach.

I had a CONFIRMED one night stay at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. I said I had a PAID & CONFIRMED reservation. They said Hotels.com had overbooked me.

Water pressure for the hot water was a trickle. Room floor was dirty. Lots of damage to the hotel area and the hotel seem to be in disrepair. Doors to the breakfast area on one morning could not be open and we had to go through the kitchen to get our food. Hallways seemed damp. Damage to the back of the hotel made access to the beach unavailable, and had to take an 5 min walk to gain access. Overall well below standard for a Hampton hotel or any hotel that cost that much money to stay. Totally disappointing!
