Truly excellent service

The service is top-notch, even among other Indian hotels. All of the staff are especially friendly and welcoming; it's that added touch that makes the stay special. Special thanks to the cleaning service, who ensured everything was in perfect order in my room every day. Especially the head cleaner for floor 3 - Munir (hope I got his name correct) he always checked in with me every morning to ensure service was up to standard.

One of the best hotels in Gurgaon. Staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Breakfast Buffett was outstanding. I don’t feel comfortable enough to try the Italian place, I’m not big on fancy dining when I’m by myself, as I was for this business trip. Mall next door has a ton of options though, and world class shopping. Separate tub in addition to the shower was exactly what I needed after 24 hours of travel. I do wish the bathroom had either a traditional bidet or a new Japanese bidet, but the sprayer hose is better than nothing.
