My husband and I really enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. My only complaint would be the elevators seemed to take a long time so we just took the stairs. There were 2 elevators but only one seemed to be working. Very safe quiet area.

Big bang in Tupelo, MS

Our stay here was fine. Had to stay here because our first booking in Tupelo we canceled due to a natural gas pipeline explosion 2 days before that nobody bothered to notify us of. No hot water and no restaurants open in town open. Du to no natural gas. All other hotels in area booked up we had to drive additional 100 miles to Memphis to get a room. Thank you to the hotel in Tupelo and Hotells.com for the warning we did not receive when other customers were notified two days before.

It was rough at first because you guys left me hanging without a payment in my reservation but after 2hrs i was able to get a nice room and rest after 13hrs on the road

The beds are super comfortable!

The beds are super comfortable. This was our 3rd time staying here and we always get a king bed and they're so comfortable. I only rated 4 stars in the categories because the facility is a little dated and the carpet throughout the hotel is dingy and worn. Also our bathroom was totally cramped - we practically had to step into the shower to open our bathroom door completely. Bad design I guess. The breakfast is lame, but there are plenty of choices...they just always serve the same items (our 3rd time here). Also, the hallways seemed always to be congested with housekeeping carts..we had to walk around them even stepping off the elevator every time we left the hotel.

We were greeted by Jay, who checked us in. He was so friendly and full of joy, and made us feel like part of a family just home after a long day of travel. Our room was just what we needed. Safe neighborhood with many good restaurants nearby. Great breakfast.

Great Stay Will Book Again!!

My stay here was amazing. I visit to see family who is in the hospital during a very sensitive time in my life and I am so happy I picked this hotel. The staff was amazing the entire stay and so helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great and plenty to choose from. The coffee and tea was great. Everyone was nice, helpful, and friendly.
