The tub and bath mat were both dirty. The air conditioner had a very faint odor that smelled similar to vomit. Other than that the room was good and the property was overall good. The continental breakfast was very good, with lots of choices.

The property was nice, comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with hot items available. Wish breakfast was available a little later. Hot tub was warm but needed to be cleaned. We didnt get in. Pool was being repaired so fhe main 2 reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which was a bummer. Overall staff was great.

We couldn’t sleep! The traffic from the highway was sooooo loud and the AC sounded like it was blowing a plastic bag around on and off every few seconds all night! It was too hot to not have it on and the traffic was too loud to have the window open.

This property is conveniently located about 6 miles from red rocks amphitheater. The beds were super comfy. The pool was closed for the season. Something about a pump and a repairman. The pool was completely drained and it was a ten foot drop accessible through your room key. I’m sure this was a liability. The room phone didn’t work so I used my mobile to call the front desk to ask for a coffee maker or tea kettle for hot tea and asked about a microwave. No microwave except in suites and they said they’d bring g us a coffee maker. Then we noticed the toilet was plugged so I called back added a plumber to the list. Housekeeping showed up with a plunger and two coffee pods. I gave the pods back and requested the coffee maker or a way to boil water. I again called the front desk and told them the housekeeper didn’t understand. We stayed four nights. We were in building b. So each morning I would get dressed and go get hot tea from the lobby to take back to the room. The staff were polite, just wasn’t operating as a best western plus property.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Had a problem with the air conditioner and they took care of it immediately. Great location only a short drive from Red Rock Amphitheater. Clean rooms.

If you just need somewhere to lay your head, this will do the trick. It’s clean. The front desk guy was nice. There’s zero art or anything on the walls of the room.. it’s like you’re in an asylum. BUT it’s quiet and cheap and the bed was comfortable enough. One night max here.

Checked into a BUG INFESTED ROOM! They tried to move us to a new room and we were so disgusted that we went to another hotel. MANAGER LIED and said she refunded us and didn’t so luckily Expedia was kind enough to refund us. What a joke—I’ll never stay at a Best Western again!!

The hotel was not as clean as I thought it would’ve been for the High ratings it had. We had to wait every morning for breakfast as the staff could not keep up. Electrical outlet did not work near the bed. There was only one lamp in the room and the rest of the lighting was at the entryway in the bathroom. But the staff was very nice that worked there. Overall would not stay there again.

This hotel is definitely a work in progress. The staff was helpful but we found that most of the machines in the gym were not working. Also, the A/C fan in our room was rattling and we had trouble sleeping. On a positive side, the breakfast and coffee service were great. I think they are working to fix the issues we saw but too late for our visit.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was very bland same both days we were there. The TV only works via internet channels which i find in very poor taste. With the price you pay for these rooms i think they can put actual cable in the rooms with real channels with local and not use free channels like Pluto TV or LG channels. Oh and when i went to call the front desk i had a phone in the room that didn't have a cord so that was unique and useless.

I’ve stayed at Best Western hotels before, so I was not surprised by the cleanliness of my room. The one glitch I had was that my bedside lamp did not work. I’m a big reader so that was important to me. When I spoke to the front desk, they were very friendly and upon returning from dinner, they had a replacement lamp waiting for me.
