The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room did have a faint smell of old cigarettes but was otherwise clean and tidy. Easy parking and check out/check in. The breakfast was top notch.

Never again!!!

TV didn't work. Someone tried to fix it, said it was ok, worked for about 5 minutes than quit. Wouldn't come on for the rest of my stay. Shower head broken, only about half of the water outlets worked, slide to control spray broken off, control lever for hot and cold markings worn off couldn't tell where hot or cold began / stopped.

Comfortable, clean and suitable for a short stay. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so there was some painting and such going on in the hallways. Overall, decent place to stay.

Disappointed to find we had to pay $100 deposit on a $150 room. We were told this was due to teenagers attending events at red rocks. This makes a certain amount of sense if we were staying on an evening when a concert was happening. Unfortunately, we were staying at the property due to an overnight closure on I-70. They make no exemptions or discounts. If I wanted to spend/hold $250 for a room for one night I wouldn’t have chosen this property. The front desk attendant was professional and kind. As he should, he followed the rules given to him. The room is generally clean but the wallpaper is peeling. Again $150 / night this does NOT justify. As I shared with the gentleman that checked us in - this will be the first and last stay at this (or frankly any) Comfort Inn Property.
