Castle rock is an up and coming area to visit. The outlets are a short car ride, and so is a lot of restaurants! Courtyard brewing is a short 5 min walk (highly suggest). The customer service for the hotel was amazing. I had a women at the front desk give me pointers and was Very personable! The room I stayed at was pretty good, very spacious. The only downside, was there was a small dripping leak for the shower and the space for the shower is a little small. I tightened the lever for the water, and it seemed to mostly stop. If I stop by castle rock again, I will more than likely choose this hotel again!

This hotel needs to be updated and the mgmt needs some customer service training. I checked in late at night and the front door would not open all the way, the person on duty stood there laughing at me with my hands full and never offered to help me get in the lobby door. The fee per dog is out of control for an outdated hotel that needs to be renovated. The breakfast was not set up and there was no coffee in the morning at 8 when we left. To be charged the fee per night plus the dog fee for a sub par hotel that needs to be cleaned/updated is a hard pass for me. Never again will I stay here.

Very clean facility. Evening was quiet, room with a balcony was a plus. Did not try the breakfast due to our schedule. Popcorn ceiling was a little dated but clean. Only negative was the suite side couldn’t get much cooling without freezing out the bedroom side. We would choose to stay there again!
